Eric is an expert in personnel security topics to include: continuous vetting, fraud, Insider Threat, identifying and eliminating human vulnerabilities, technical indicators of IP theft or misuse, counterintelligence, employee safeguards, social engineering/elicitation and handling information targeted by competitors.
Eric has spent a combined 25 years first within Intelligence contractor firms, then as a career appointee with the US Government, achieving the rank of Special Agent in Charge for Security and Counterintelligence and has taught at various Government and Industry (cleared contractor) academies and seminars for the bulk of his career.
He was most recently the SAC of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, which is the lead Government agency of continuous vetting and personnel security. DCSA is tasked with ensuring the trustworthiness of the US Government and Contractor/Industry personnel holding positions of National Security or Public Trust.
